This skillset has served me well over the past 15 years… it’s one I had to learn at 28. Late bloomer one may say. But it wasn’t that. It was becoming a mom x’s 3 and an army wife!

Life changed and I had to adjust too! But the beauty is God reminded me of a long time passion that I thought was off table for me.

He placed the desire there from the beginning and just when I thought I was giving up something he gave me so much more!

I will say I tried to even run away from this industry for a season. But he keeps calling me back, making a way, having people speak my names in rooms!

I’m so blessed I get to do this work! I am a creative, artist, spiritual guide, & coach!

Ever meet someone new and immediately think, “What do I say? How do I introduce myself?”

When we’re focused on being chosen, gaining a client, or getting something from the interaction, we can put so much pressure on the moment.

Consider approaching it with this thought: “I’m a vessel of the Lord. I have gifts and resources to share. How can I serve?”

That can make room for curiosity, listening, and letting someone know what you offer when it’s relevant. You don’t have to force a connection or prove your value in one conversation.

This clip is a glimpse into the reflection we do before EFT tapping, exploring the thoughts and feelings that come up around being seen, introducing ourselves, and sharing our work.

Life insurance is not an option. If you don’t have it get it! I used to sell life insurance long ago. I don’t now… so this is not a low key sales pitch.

I’ve just seen quite a few post lately of business owners who have invested in the photo shoots, the personal branding, their websites, paid ads, the social media marketing, the high ticket coaches, courses and virtual assistants yet they didn’t have their basic life insurance in place. And appeal to your family members to do it too!

PLEASE get life insurance! This is not a judgement post. This is a post that highlights perspective. We must put the first thing first. Securing your burial and bills are taken care of and that you leave your family better off when you’re gone.

I do understand there are circumstances like pre-existing conditions but this is why you get policies on your children that come with portability. Ask your local agent. But don’t let it just be because you made everything else a priority!

Sometimes the next step isn’t some giant leap of faith.

Sometimes it’s the email.
The application.
The phone call.
Opening the document.
Looking up the information.
Sitting down for ten minutes and doing the thing you’ve been avoiding for three years.

And sometimes what looks like a discipline problem isn’t just a discipline problem.

We can build an entire story around a task.
It’s going to take too long.

I don’t know what I’m doing.
What if I do it wrong?
I’ll deal with it when I have more time.
I need to get myself together first.

Meanwhile, our body has already decided, Nope. We’re avoiding that.

This is one of the reasons I care so much about the deeper work.

Because sometimes we need strategy.

Sometimes we need to regulate enough to stay present with the thing we’ve been avoiding.

Sometimes there’s an old belief, fear, experience or meaning underneath the resistance that needs to be addressed.

And sometimes you just need somebody to help you take the next dang step. 😂

That’s what our work together can look like.

There are times we use EFT tapping to help settle what’s happening in the moment.

There are times I feel led to go deeper through Splankna work and explore what may be sitting underneath the resistance.

And there are times we don’t need a modality at all.
We coach.
We strategize.
We pray.

And we figure out: What is the next faithful step?

Because you may not need to figure out the whole plan today.

You may just need your 10-minute obedience.

And that little act of obedience may be connected to a piece of the puzzle you can’t even see yet.

If you’ve been circling the same things, procrastinating on things you know you need to do, or wondering why taking action feels so much harder than it should, this is the kind of work I do with women.

We look beneath the surface AND we take practical action.
