If you haven’t had the pleasure or blessing to listen to September: A Podcast for Loveships, then consider doing so this week. @alexispauline and @sangodarewallace are dear family never get enough time with but with whom our hearts and spirits feel eternally close despite the physical distance. Each week is a new and necessary meditation on love, relationships, and collective evolution and elevation to our highest potential. Every week Sangodare and Alexis dedicate the episode to a specific loveship, and @ericdarnellpritchard and I are blessed and honored to be the highlighted loveship during this week’s episode, which dropped today! Thank you Alexis and Sangodare for the kind words you shared.

You can listen to September: A Podcast for Loveships on all major platforms where you get your podcasts.

PART 3 - What we need to know: Pain has a great publicist, the best in the biz cuz they have convinced us healing cannot possibly be ours cuz pain is all there is and shall be. Pain and all their sycophants are LIARS, we are more than our hurts, disappointments, and traumas.

If coaching is something you think would help you and you’d like to learn more about my coaching style, then visit my website (link in bio) and message me there to set up a free 30-minute coaching consult.

PART 2 - What healing is: a restoration of wholeness, not a restoration to sameness. This idea comes from the great work of prison abolitionists towards restorative justice practices and frameworks. Wholeness is a recognition of all we are: not just pain; but pain and joy, sorrow and serenity, rage and love.

If you are interested in finding out more about coaching and what it might be like working with me, then I invite you to check out my website and send a message there to get a free consult. I look forward to hearing from you!

PART 1 - Let’s start with this: our ideas about healing determine what is and is not possible, and whether we pursue the real deal or get caught with a knock off version that feels cute at first but falls apart when you least expect it.
