👻🎃🤡 Had a FRIGHTFUL time at @caerheritage today!🎃😈👹👻 Hahahaha 🎃 Today was the start of a 3-week course on making rings out of antler using tools as the Vikings did - large files, rasps etc🙌🏽💪🏽 💪🏽And being vegan, I quietly asked if any deers had died for this, but NO, thank f**k!🎊😍🙏🏼 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 It’s Red Deer from Scotland, and they shed their antlers every year to grow new one’s!!! Amaaaazinggg🙏🏼😍 Pieces were cut, we picked a piece to start working on & just got on with it! Filing down the inside of the antler was tough work but we did i!💪🏽 Feel like I’ve had a 2-hour bicep workout!!🤣🤣💪🏽 Next week will be smoothing the outer part and smoothing/rounding it… 💛 I just love being here, it’s so therapeutic for me and BLOODY AWESOME AS WELL!!!👻🎊 P.s As you can see in pics 1 & 2, the scary dudes either side of me soon became good friends….🙈🤡🤣🤣😈 by @soultreetherapies
💜🔮 Take the Intuition test, help your 3rd eye to open & allow your intuition to come through! Keep trying if you didn’t pick correctly - it’ll happen!!😍💜xxx by @soultreetherapies

🎃Mindfulness Monday!🎃 🌙✨🎃👻 Hello gorgeous souls! And how are you all faring today?🙏🏼❤️ 🌙 Wow! The energies is the past week have been off the chart! Multiple planets now in retrograde, a full moon and Samhain ( Halloween ) approaching - wowzas!!!! ✨How are you feeling?! However you’re feeling, grounding & centering yourself right now is critical for you to remain connected to the Earth, and not be off floating in, around & above your head, which can feel nice for a little while, but to keep calm, focused, able to move with the energies & not resist, and to keep from losing yourself in the noise & chaos, inwards is where you need to go ✨ 💫For those sensitive to energies, it’s felt pretty trippy lately - like drifting back & forth in between worlds, floaty then dense, old memories/the past rearing its head again to see how far you’ve come, all to be cleared & released ✨ ✨ These low-vibrational old stories/emotions are just taking up energetic space inside you, becoming more & more stagnant & rotten, but allowing it to be released & leave your body, enables new space creation - room for higher-vibrational opportunities, situations, abundance & people to enter your life. 🌝 This Taurus full moon energy invites us to look at what is solid, what we value, and what we are ready to put down. 🪐 The multiple planets in retrograde are forcing us to slow down and look backwards to see how far you’ve come & what still needs attention, but more to honour yourself at the strides you have made💪🏽💛 The focus is upon recognising the wisdom and change you have nurtured until now, rather than steaming forward at full speed. 🎃 Finally, with Samhain approaching, this marks the end of harvest, the turning into stillness, and a time to honour roots & memory… 💛 Please take 5-10 long, deep, slow breaths, then answer the question. Have a wonderful week, nourish, nurture & be cosy 🎃✨💛 Much much love, Nic xxxxx #reikimasterhealingteachercardiff #theuniverselovesyou by @soultreetherapies
❤️ A few breaths to come away from the chaos & noise, and sink into your heart centre❤️ by @soultreetherapies

💛 Mindfulness Monday! 💛 ✨Holy Moly - energy has been WEIRD!😂🙈 💫So many angry people around, literally, people are losing their minds…. This is because this planet’s energetic vibrational frequency is rising higher & higher, purer & purer. Those who refuse to do their inner work will feel this the most. They won’t understand what’s happening, but the high frequency is deeply affecting mental states, outlooks on life, attitudes, behaviour - and it’s all being exposed…. ✨ This can be incredibly scary if you have no idea what’s happening, so instead of awareness sparking & trying to find out what’s happening, there is denial & major resistance which creates an angry & confused energy… This then results in people lashing out, projecting their fear onto others, thus creating arguments, unexpected outbursts & sometimes even violence. Some people’s paths will keep looping & looping lifetime after lifetime until they break the cycle…. If ever. 💛 All the things I put on here - mindfulness Mondays, breathwork exercises, meditation videos, intuition tests, Reiki blasts - theses are all done with the sole purpose of helping others find their light, look inside themselves & awaken to their true power💫 I know this can be extremely difficult & uncomfortable, but it gets SOOOO much better once you start your inner journey. ✨ You are an infinite being ✨ A spirit /soul having a human experience in the toughest school in the Universe!! EARTH SCHOOL 🌍 You deserve to experience this planet & life as it’s supposed to be experienced - with full awakened consciousness & enjoyment🌼 🌙The moon is becoming full ( Oct 26th ), & this phase asks for introspection & gathering inner resources… As the moon grows fuller, hidden things are coming to light…..🌙 #mindfulnessmondayssoultreetherapiescardiff #startingtolookinsideyourself #youareanamazingspiritualbeing by @soultreetherapies
🔮 A l’il intuition test! 🔮 Trust yourself!! By doing practices like this, your intuition will grow and grow! Xxxx by @soultreetherapies
🎃Mindfulness Monday!🎃 💫Well how are you doing? How are you feeling? Things have been a bit intense energetically lately, that’s for sure!! Some really big ‘stripping shit away’ has taken place for many - this can be old emotions, people, situations, places, attachments… 💫It’s all for you to be operating on a higher vibrational frequency, where stagnant old energy is being replaced with fresh new energy!✨ 💫This 10/10 portal wasn’t about ‘manifest manifest manifest’, it was more about ‘returning to self’ - returning to your centre, your core self..💫 🌙 The 10/10 portal all fell on the New Moon, inviting us to close old karmic cycles and to restore balance🙏🏼 💫Please use this prompt if you like to help you think about the question… ✨Q prompt - Are you compromising or settling in any dynamics, or can you communicate your boundaries more clearly? 💫 Full Mindfulness Questions on S.H.E. - Spiritually Healing Endometriosis on Skool as usual… it’s a FREE community so please use the link below, or in my bio to join! Link below https://www.skool.com/she-9291/about?ref=6e1f98a9979e41688bc16fb06294039b 💫Have a great week, just be aware of what your body is asking you for right now💫❤️😘 🌸Much love!
