Sunset sound meditation at the Istana 🌅

Floating above the water, the sun and wind on your skin, a blindfold on so there’s nowhere to go but inward. Every session, we meet through all of our senses at once. The warmth of the last light. The weightlessness of the water. The loss of direction that turns into surrender, and sound carrying us the rest of the way.

Guiding it while the sun sets has brought so much out in me. It inspires me each time to play these sounds from my heart. It’s one of the most beautiful places in Uluwatu to share sound, and I feel so grateful to hold this space.

On September 27th, we are hosting our Immersive Sound Bath Festival at one of Bali’s most iconic locations - on the cliffs of The Istana overlooking the ocean 🌊🌅

This is 4 hours of deep immersion, complete restoration, and sound that fills the entire space around you

The key highlight of the festival is a 360° immersive experience. 5 professional sound healers will be moving between the pool area and the ocean cliff, creating a rich acoustic field where sound waves gently wrap around you from every direction

Take time to practice deep acceptance and trust.

Take time to appreciate just how far you’ve come.

A moment of reflection after a powerful weekend of inner work, absorbing deep prayers, listening to the nature around me, and allowing myself to be present and sit in my emotions. So much is there for us when we allow ourselves to get quiet enough listen. ✨

What an honor, to hold space for sound meditation in a place this beautiful. Still floating in this one🤗

Bodies drifting on water. Sun on skin. Wind moving through it all. The ocean and birds in the background, and me, weaving sound through each instrument.

It felt like a full sensory experience that pulls you back into your body, back into the present.

This is what sound meditation does, it gathers people, softens them, reminds them how good it feels to simply be, together.

✨Big Stache Energy Kidz Class🥸

We start silly — because the mustache breaks the ice instantly and gives kids full permission to be goofy, loud, and free. Then we drop into movement, embodiment, and breathwork together. A sound meditation settles everyone into their bodies. The kids get to explore real instruments with their own hands. And we close with a moment of reflection with coloring or journaling.

Connection. Confidence. Mindfulness. Fun. All in one hour.
