Yesterday, something truly magical happened at The Istana🌅✨

The ocean, the sunset sky, and a shared rhythm of breath enveloped by live sound vibrations. We lived this evening in absolute weightlessness and inner stillness

Thank you to everyone who was part of this immersion and shared the Let It Flow field with us

An evening to remember🧡

Take time for yourself to be in the stillness.

Take time to listen.

Take time to feel your heart.

Take time to appreciate all of the details in the nature that surrounds you.

Take time to be with your inner child.

Take time to practice deep acceptance and trust.

Take time to receive and learn from others.

Take time to appreciate just how far you’ve come.

A moment of reflection after a powerful weekend of inner work, absorbing deep prayers, listening to the nature around me, and allowing myself to be present and sit in my emotions. So much is there for us when we allow ourselves to get quiet enough listen. ✨

Mustache Dance Party 🎪✨

An hour of Mustaches, Movement, Mindfulness & Instrument Exploration — pure magic with these kids!

We danced, we played instruments for each other, we got silly, and we dropped into our bodies together. Watching these kids open up, let loose, and connect to themselves is exactly why we do this. There’s nothing like seeing a kid find their confidence through play.

What better way to spend an afternoon than creating, moving, and being fully present? 🥸💫

✨Big Stache Energy Kidz Class🥸

We start silly — because the mustache breaks the ice instantly and gives kids full permission to be goofy, loud, and free. Then we drop into movement, embodiment, and breathwork together. A sound meditation settles everyone into their bodies. The kids get to explore real instruments with their own hands. And we close with a moment of reflection with coloring or journaling.

Connection. Confidence. Mindfulness. Fun. All in one hour.

📍 Danza Uluwatu
🗓️ Tuesdays, 4PM

Tag a kiddo who needs some Big Stache Energy in their life 🖤

Do you wake up feeling anxious or overwhelmed?

Sometimes emotions feel heavy. One thing that helps: do something silly, make comedy out of your emotions, bring out your inner child, it reminds you of who you are. Another thing that helps? Sound meditation, of course.

When you close your eyes and listen to tones like these, it gives your brain permission to relax. It’s telling your nervous system: you’re safe. This too shall pass.

Have a beautiful day, loves. I’m here for you ❤️
