Putting this down as my favorite handstand thus far!
.
Sunrise at Angel's Landing is by far the most beautiful hike I've ever been on, can't wait to go back already. Second picture is the view from the rock.🏞
.
Huge thanks to my new early morning friends @nanfisher and her husband for the company and helping capture this!

Been my goal since the first time I came to the Wild and Wonderful West Virginia to make it down the Upper Gauley River on my own someday. 2026 was my year!

I did it the best way possible with the people that started it all for me. 🏞❤️

Huge shoutout to @kingjosh34 for taking the risk that I was ready and showing me down basically just me and him.

Appreciate my river family for always inviting me for new adventures and giving me the knowledge they have learned along the way. This river life just keeps getting better! taken in Upper Gauley River in West Virginia by @southern_escape_

Drove through the night for a warm up lap with some great friends and skilled boaters to get me ready for a PFD lap on the Upper Gauley the following day. This day was everything I needed body and soul to prepare me for the challenge ahead.

Started warm enough that I was getting hot and ended with one of the most peaceful rains I've ever had.

West Virginia is truly Almost Heaven💚🏞

Can't have big wins in whitewater without big swims!

Second swim of Tallulah Gorge at 700cfs in the spud.

Absolutely epic weekend with the best people. When you freeze up some time all you need to hear is "get in" from your boy @blakespudman to unfreeze you.

Everyone’s got an opinion about the recent Hell Hole drama… here’s SpudTeam6’s. 👀🌊

If everyone paddled a SPUD, we’d probably see a whole lot fewer significant injuries. 🥔🦦
