How to Schedule a Service Appointment with South Wave Auto Service! 🏎️🧰🔧⚙️🔩📝

Before You Schedule:
To ensure every vehicle receives the time and attention it deserves, we operate by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.

Please keep the following in mind:
* Appointment availability is typically booked 2–3 weeks in advance.
* We recommend scheduling as early as possible to secure your preferred service date.

STEP 1 — Submit Your Vehicle Information

Contact us via Text, Email, or Instagram DM, and we’ll send you our Vehicle Information Form to complete and return.

This allows us to better understand your vehicle, your goals, the type of service(s) you’re looking into, and any existing issues before recommending the most appropriate service.

The form includes the following information:
• Full Name
• Year, Make & Model
• Current Suspension Modifications
• Wheel & Tire Specifications
• Intended Vehicle Use (Street, Drift, Time Attack, Autocross, etc.)
• The Type of Service(s) You’re Looking For
• Any Handling Concerns or Issues You’d Like Us to Diagnose

The more detailed your information is, the more accurately we can recommend the appropriate service and provide an accurate quote.

STEP 2 — Receive Your Service Quote

After reviewing your vehicle information, we’ll provide:
• Recommended service plan
• Accurate service estimate
• Estimated turnaround time
• Next available appointment dates

STEP 3 — Secure Your Appointment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

STEP 4 — Vehicle Drop-Off
 Drop off your vehicle at your scheduled appointment.

Most specialty setup services require multiple days to ensure everything is thoroughly inspected, adjusted, tested, and properly dialed in.

STEP 5 — Service & Setup
 Your vehicle will undergo the requested services, followed by a comprehensive suspension and alignment inspection before all final setup adjustments are completed.

STEP 6 — Completion & Pickup
 Once your vehicle is complete, we’ll contact you to arrange pickup.

@harry_maemura ‘s BRZ back at SWAS for a few more adjustments to get everything dialed in.

With his new TE37s, we found that the front SPL tie rod ends were contacting the inner wheel barrels. We modified the tie rod ends to resolve the clearance issue and ensure proper wheel fitment.

During the car’s previous alignment, we also found that the factory rear toe adjustment range was insufficient for its lowered ride height. We installed SPL adjustable rear toe arms to correct the issue and provide the additional adjustability needed to properly dial in the alignment.

The details matter. From wheel clearance to suspension geometry, every adjustment counts toward a properly set up car.

Had some time yesterday to stop by Buttonwillow Raceway Park and checked in with 6 of our customers, running both at Classic CW13 and the new Circuit track.

Always a good time getting to see our setups out on track and, more importantly, getting feedback directly from the drivers.

Being there trackside gives us a chance to watch how the car is behaving, see what the driver is feeling, and make recommendations on damper changes, setup adjustments, or driving technique when needed.

It’s one thing to set a car up in the shop. It’s another thing to see it actually being pushed on track.

We love being able to support our customers beyond the shop and continue working with them to get the most out of their cars.

Allen’s A90 Supra came through SWAS for a complete suspension overhaul and specialty setup. 🏁 @allenliyz

The front @astmotonsuspension dampers were found fully blown and leaking, so we replaced them and upgraded the front suspension with @splparts caster rod spherical bushings, adjustable bumpsteer tie rod ends and adjustable sway bar end links.

From there, we performed:
•Front bumpsteer & camber sweep analysis
•Corner weight balancing
•Full SWAS specialty alignment setup

Not just an alignment… we’re analyzing the suspension geometry, correcting the setup and dialing the chassis in as a complete system.

This Sunday will be a full test day at Buttonwillow Circuit and we’re excited to hear his feedback and obtain as much data as possible! 🏎️📊

@mic_santaana Mike reached out to us for some help with his E46 M3. Once upon a time, this was his dedicated track car, but these days he enjoys it more for spirited canyon drives and the occasional daily commute.

After recently picking up a set of Mag Blue TE37s, the ride height and wheel fitment were a little off, so we went ahead with our Wheel Fitment & Ride Height Optimization service.

This process includes checking tire-to-fender clearance under compression, verifying bump and droop travel of the shocks and suspension arms, and test fitting different wheel spacer combinations to achieve proper fitment while maintaining adequate clearance.

During the process, we also found a significant amount of play in the front inner tie rods, so we replaced those before moving forward.

Once everything was sorted, we finished it off with our specialty alignment setup to tie the entire car together.

Now Mike’s M3 has a balanced setup between performance and aesthetics, ready for spirited canyon drives or the daily commute. 👌

@pronto.zn8 has been part of the SWAS Sponsored Driver Program for a little over a year now and we’ve been working closely together to continually develop and improve his GR86.

Jared just installed a new damper setup,
@racecompengineering T2RS-spec’d KW V4s with external reservoirs and @swiftsprings main & helper springs. This setup features independent rebound and low-speed compression adjustments, giving him much more control to fine-tune the car’s damping characteristics and ultimately maximize grip, balance, and consistency on track.

He was also able to remove another 100lbs from the car, which is super impressive… this further improves its power-to-weight ratio, responsiveness, and overall track performance.

With @gridlifeofficial @gridlifelaguna Laguna Seca right around the corner, we brought the GR86 back into the shop to properly dial everything in with our Specialty Corner Balance & Alignment setup service.
Our focus & setup is to maximize available mechanical grip while maintaining a predictable balance between the front and rear, giving Jared a platform that is consistent at the limit and repeatable throughout an entire session.

Now it’s time to put the new dampers and setup to the test at Laguna Seca.

And lots more testing and development to come.🏎️
