Dragonflies spend much of their lives developing underwater before emerging as adults.
Human growth often works the same way.

Sometimes you’re healing, learning, rebuilding, or discovering yourself in ways nobody else can see.
Just because your progress isn’t visible doesn’t mean it isn’t happening.

As a dragonfly matures, it sheds its old exoskeleton to emerge into its adult form.
Symbolically, this represents releasing old habits, limiting beliefs, expectations, and identities that no longer serve you.
Sometimes the next chapter requires you to stop holding on to the last one.

The dragonfly reminds us that a meaningful life isn’t about staying the same. It’s about remaining true to yourself while allowing yourself to evolve. taken in Sozo Wellness by @sozowellness11
