Dragonflies spend much of their lives developing underwater before emerging as adults.
Human growth often works the same way.

Sometimes you’re healing, learning, rebuilding, or discovering yourself in ways nobody else can see.
Just because your progress isn’t visible doesn’t mean it isn’t happening.

As a dragonfly matures, it sheds its old exoskeleton to emerge into its adult form.
Symbolically, this represents releasing old habits, limiting beliefs, expectations, and identities that no longer serve you.
Sometimes the next chapter requires you to stop holding on to the last one.

The dragonfly reminds us that a meaningful life isn’t about staying the same. It’s about remaining true to yourself while allowing yourself to evolve.

I’ve been a Tyler Candle Co, Diva girl for a while now….my boys also love the fragrance of it, it’s also has lots of chemicals in it. Most good smelling detergents and dryer sheets are loaded with toxins - which are harmful to our lymphatic system and hormones!

I recently tried a new plant based detergent by the name of Mozi Wash. there are 9 fragrances to choose from and they are SO GOOD!!!

Best part is they are clean and safe!

Next week Mozi Wash will be on the shelves here at Sozo Wellness🔥

9 years ago I was living in complete survival mode. Life was a lot. My body was inflamed, full of cortisol and stressed. My weight got to 160 (I’m only 5 ft tall), lots of chronic pain and fatigue - completely uncomfortable in my body!!

Today when I was at the office walking out of the sauna room, I noticed in the mirror how much my body has changed, especially the last 6 months. No more inflammation, no more chronic pain and I’m finding my passion in lifting weights again!! I made a commitment to myself that I would completely change how I care for myself in 2026, and it’s getting done!! My weight is sitting at 119, slowly building muscle, eating Whole Foods, no sugar, supplements, good hydration and a few tides😉
