This 2 Pictures speak from them selves ,as they show how important the gym is for me . 2 years ago I was going trough a lot of physically and mentally I tried not to show it, but I couldn’t hide it .The worse bit was not being at the gym . The gym has become the only place that can save me from myself and bad habits . The gym gave me a purpose in life when I was at my worst Losing it ,is something I can’t afford to happen again . I can loose people ,but not the gym because I will loose myself again. by @spanishrasta
