Every one saying that I’m lean and strong . And there’s my mum saying that if it wasn’t for the gym I would be skin and bones . Her words to me were : Si no fuera por el gimnasio estarías echo una peseta . The funniest thing was that when I first started at the gym she said don’t get big like a wardrobe . Got to love her , she’s the best . And because I love her I will keep up growing muscle so she doesn’t have to worry about me .

#Harvestingpower #gymmindset #builtnotbroken #fitnesswithpurpose #athegym
