“With nearly 40,000 undergraduates on their University Park campus, you’d think 28 of them would be good at ultimate.” @dhultimate

In case you live under a rock, Spank went to D-1 Nationals for the 3rd year in a row, breaking seed making it all the way to the quarters (again). Another amazing season made possible through the constant support from our friends and family, keeping the dogs fed and motivated no matter the score(11-6,7-1,etc).

As always, our curly white haired wizard of a coach deserves the utmost respect and thanks for the time effort he has dedicated to reach these milestones (He’s our 1 and only coach btw)(we only have 1 coach). We love you Luke!

Even through the offseason, The sky remains blue and white for Penn State. We’ll be back before you know it.

Next week, The boys are headed back to the USAU College National Championships in Rockford, Illinois. Despite 3 stadium cleanups and a massive snow removal operation, we are still significantly short on club funding to cover Player Fees, Travel Expenses, Housing, and food.

If you’re in a position to throw a few dogs a couple bones, the team would be forever grateful. Please check the link in our bio to help lessen the burden placed on our players, and help your favorite team’s favorite team play as freely as possible this week.

Thank you for your continuous support to help us get here! #LGS #FWSP #theroofbrokeatburrowesandwehavenomoney by @spank_ultimate

Penn State Spank secures their place at D1 nationals for the 3rd year in a row. Thank you for all the support throughout the years. The sky remains blue and white.

We would like to thank parents and alumni for showing out to support the fellas over the weekend. Most of all, thank you Coach Luke for being there every step of the way and helping us earn one more tournament together as a group. by @spank_ultimate

Penn State Men’s Ultimate is incredibly proud to nominate our very own Ethan Pigeon for the 2026 Callahan Award.

Over the past four years with Spank, Ethan has been a leader, role model, and mentor to all those around him. As a captain this past season, he brought a new level of leadership defined by his passion and love for each and every one of his teammates. Ethan’s elite two-way play has not only elevated the team’s level, but the level of all those around him as well. Off the field, his impact is arguably even greater, helping shape Spank culture for years to come.

The Bird is the Damn Word.
