SEONGNAM TRAIL 40KM TEAM CHAMPIONS Sparta United delivered a truly dominant performance at the Seongnam Trail, claiming 1st place in the 40km team competition! Our incredible team of Jaecheon Yoo, Byeongcheol Kang, Soonyeon Lee, Seonghyeon Cheon, and Hyeonggeun Park showed what Spartan strength, unity, and determination truly look like. Jaecheon Yoo, Byeongcheol Kang, and Hyeonggeun Park completed a magnificent sweep of the men’s 40km podium, finishing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Taking every position on the podium was an extraordinary achievement and a powerful display of Sparta United’s strength. Seonghyeon Cheon fought bravely through painful muscle cramps and refused to give up, continuing to push forward for the team until the very end. Soonyeon Lee, one of our strongest and most experienced runners, accidentally ran an additional 20km after taking a wrong turn. Despite covering far more distance than planned, she never stopped fighting and still gave everything she had for the team. Every member showed courage, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to one another. Even with unexpected challenges along the way, the team’s overall performance was so strong that Sparta United secured a decisive victory. This championship belongs to all five warriors.
