Dublin Hyrox PRO 2026
**7th in my age category**
** 1st Irish Finisher in my category**
What an experience… decided during training that this 1st PRO attempt was all about the finish line and the key was to learn… and that I did…

- All runs were comfortable
- Sleds were HEAVY (Push 202kg, Pull 152kg)
- Burpees if you know me are my Kryptonite… I find them so difficult but I will defo improve before next competition
- Ski & Row were used to recover and regulate H Rate
- Farmers Carry was dead on… well practised with the 32kg KB’s in training
- Sandbag Lunges… usually a really weak station for me, but I was actually pretty happy considering there was 30kg on my shoulders…
- Wall Balls… I always find these tough but the 9kg ball was dead on as I’ve consistently trained with a 10kg ball…

Takeaway…
Defo work to be done all round but I’m LOVING the process and am seeing huge improvements from my Hyrox London open experience…
Onto the next one where I will surely be taking more steps forward… also chuffed to add another badge to the bag!!

“ITS ALL ABOUT THE WHITE BADGE!!”
