RACE REPORT 🔥

Huge performance today at the Ebringdon HYROX Simulation from All Stars Academy athlete Kyle Ramsey — clocking an outstanding 1:15:27 on his solo debut 👊

From day one, Kyle has been meticulous with his training… every session ticked, no shortcuts taken. That consistency showed today.

Coming from a strong Marathon & Ultra running background, Kyle paced this race like a pro — controlled, composed, and always in charge of the effort.

Add to that his work as a Personal Trainer in Wolfpack Gym, Larne… the stations were never going to be a weakness… strength was handled, engine delivered.

This was a complete HYROX performance…
We’re only scratching the surface here…
Big future ahead in HYROX for Kyle Ramsey.

You’re not stuck because you’re lazy.

You’re stuck because something is missing.

Maybe you don’t have a plan…

Or maybe you do —
but you’re bored.

Same sessions.
Same classes.
Same results.

You show up…
you sweat…
you go home…

and nothing really changes.

That’s not a motivation problem.

That’s a structure problem.

And it’s costing you more than you think:

👉 Progress
👉 Confidence
👉 Money

Paying A Premium Gym Membership…
and still feeling lost when you walk in the gym.

That’s not training.

That’s dependency.

It’s time to REGAIN CONTROL.

🔥 Training
🔥 Finances
🔥 Life

The “Regain Control Plan” is built to give you:

✔️ Structured weekly training
✔️ Clear progression
✔️ No guesswork

So you can stop turning up and hoping…
and start actually progressing.

DM “CONTROL” if you’re ready to train with purpose and achieve the results you dream of..

Most people want the results…
Very few are willing to build the engine.

Zone 2 when it’s boring.
Threshold when it hurts.
Running when your legs are already gone.

That’s where HYROX is won.

Not on race day…
But in the sessions nobody sees.

Build the engine. Then unleash it.

Go on… take a guess 👀
