Today was a good day. 💚

Some days, I’m happy just to show up.

Today was Pilates class #1,173! 💪 I burned 350 calories. I wanted to burn more, but you know what? Showing up and 350 calories is still a WIN.

Then I put my new Spa Suite 4 sign out for the very first time! 🙌
And brought it back inside about an hour later. 😂

Why?

Because apparently my agenda needed a spontaneous plot twist...

My neighbors at Organics Today Farm needed pumpkins moved, so off I went. 🎃 Lots and lots of pumpkins. And yes, that absolutely counts as workout #2. 😂

Then it was back to CEO life: paperwork, reordering massage supplies, and a coaching call with some stellar, like-minded boss peers.

Pilates #1,173.
Business visibility.
Helping my neighbors.
Pumpkin hauling.
CEO work.
Community.

Not everything has to be a huge accomplishment to count. Sometimes showing up, doing the next thing, and enjoying where the day takes you is enough.

Today marks 14 years since I left Corporate America and became a full time massage therapist!

Licensed since 2008. Full time since August 14, 2012. 🙌🏽

I traded corporate stress for relieving it. Best career move ever. 💆🏽‍♀️

I love this journey and the people I’m blessed to serve. Happy Massagiversary to me! 🎉

Self care comes in many forms. 💛

This morning, Mila Quinn decided I needed hugs from ALL of her stuffed animals at once. Apparently, she takes my comfort very seriously! 😂

What a blessed morning, surrounded by softness, laughter, and love. 🌄🥰
