Happy Massagiversary to Me 🥳

On this day 9 years ago, I left my 9 to 5 corporate job and became a Full-time licensed Massage Therapist 🙌🏼 I was working part-time for 4 years prior.

This leap of faith was scary and exhilarating all at once.

Thank you to those who love and support my journey. #13yearstotalasanLMT

Behind the the scenes prepping at my massage suite.

You are more than a name; it's still nice to be greeted by name with a personalized message.

I've taken to giving out inspirational cards. These times have been hard on us all. I choose to Be a Light. Spread joy. We rise by uplifting others.

I am so very fortunate to nurture the health of my clients through massage therapy and kindness.

Class 495: Reformer/Barre class at 7am. 5 more to #500 classes ⭐

Most people will be in the same exact place next year as they are today. Don't be most people 🚫 unless you have a tribe like mine 💪

Check out my cupping marks, they are not bruises. Yet another form of pain relief through cupping therapy.
