Massive week for our team in Whyalla, South Australia 🌻

15 workshops across primary schools, secondary schools, workplaces and the mines, plus playing our role in the Mental Health Matters Round activations over the weekend.

We wrapped up the week with a community run and the buy-in from the Whyalla community honestly blew us away. So much energy, openness and support from everyone we crossed paths with.

We just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who made the week what it was, we had an absolute ball and look forward to returning 🙏

Our quote of the week was “Life is like a glowstick, sometimes we have to break before we shine.”

Last week, we visited Mount Eliza North Primary School to deliver our program to the Year 6 students 🌻

These programs were proudly funded by Bendigo Bank Mount Eliza, who have been and continue to be an incredible supporter of Speak & Share, helping us create positive impact within our local community.

We’re incredibly grateful for their ongoing support and the opportunities it creates for young people to have important conversations around connection and speaking up.

In this video, we hear directly from some of the Year 6 students about what they took away from the program and why they believe it’s important to Speak & Share.

THE SUNFLOWER CAMPAIGN GOES LIVE MONDAY 10/08/26 @7PM AEST 🌻

This collection is a gentle reminder that, just like sunflowers, it’s okay to lean on one another for support.

Sometimes that looks like a walk with coffee in hand, a phone call with a friend, or simply sitting beside someone when they need it most.

The collection includes a hoodie, long-sleeve tee, scarf and cap. We can’t wait to share this with you and see this message being spread throughout our community.
