Meet Viridiana Ponce (she/her/ella)—a Latina Business Consultant, Financial Educator, and Speaker on a mission to help entrepreneurs build profitable businesses that actually pay them.

For 12 years, she has worked with thousands of entrepreneurs, especially Latina food business owners, helping them strengthen pricing, profitability, financial strategy, and confidence around money. Through her speaking, Viri explores how culture, identity, and financial strategy shape the way entrepreneurs price, lead, and grow.

Beyond business, Viri is a proud mamá who loves making good food, discovering local restaurants, supporting small businesses, cycling, and creating a full, joyful life with her daughter, a su ritmo.

"Latinas do not need to work harder to prove that we belong, we need businesses designed to sustain us. Porque passion may have started the business, but profitable pricing, intentional growth, and paying ourselves are what allow us to keep building without sacrificing ourselves.

The goal isn’t simply to make more sales, it’s to build wealth and businesses that take care of us, too.”

Meet Monica Soto (she/her)—an HR professional by day, wordsmith by heart. She's on a mission to bring a little extra humor and honesty to the daily juggle after rediscovering her passion for writing.

Monica started using social media to share lighthearted, deeply relatable takes on the chaotic, beautiful blend of work, life, and love. Her dream is to become a published author and create a space where people—especially women—feel seen, empowered, and reminded never to let their true voice be silenced.

Above all, she believes in navigating every chapter with unapologetic authenticity, laughter, and the firm belief that kindness is always the way forward.

"As a Latina who embarked on a transformative, life-changing journey in my 40s, I decided to take the stage to show that life doesn't end at 40—it’s where our true power begins.

I am passionate about empowering women and my community to step up as leaders who lead by example rather than just words by breaking generational cycles and redefining what is possible for themselves and future generations.

Through authentic storytelling, humor, and heart, I share how embracing change can unlock your loudest, most resilient voice.

I bring a message rooted in empowerment, kindness, and the courage to always remain true to yourself, porque nuestras historias importan.”

Right now my plate is pretty full as I celebrate HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH by amplifying the voices of speakers from our comunidad 🎉

Pero después??

I LOVE the idea of welcoming a new cohort of Latinas who are ready to get visible, grow their speaker brand, and attract really cool opportunities

Although I have very little capacity as a toddler mama who works part-time hours, I am ready for the challenge—to grow my capacity while going all in on an OFF-THE-CUFF launch!!!

Here's where I need your help 👇🏽

Once HHM wraps up, should I go all in on this launch right away on October 16th or wait until the 19th??

Bonus points if you have a specific reason why 🤭💖

We're about to build real momentum in comunidad, amiguis!!! by @speakermovement

Meet Richard Morales (they/them)—the founder of Blueprint Brands and creator of its human-centered methodology, helping individuals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations move from uncertainty to action.

Drawing on more than three decades of experience across entertainment, branding, education, and business, Richard combines storytelling, practical strategy, and real-world experience to help people find clarity, strengthen communication, and create meaningful momentum.

His approach begins with a simple belief: people before processes. Whether helping someone navigate their next chapter or helping an organization build stronger teams and better outcomes, Richard creates space for people to feel seen, supported, and equipped to move forward.

His mission is simple: stop admiring someone else’s blueprint and start building your own.

"Ever feel stuck? Stuck in a dead-end job, trying to figure out your next step, or overwhelmed by too many choices? Maybe your organization feels stuck, too—good people, good ideas, but somehow the team isn't moving forward.

We've all been there. And more often than not, the answer isn't another strategy, another meeting, or more information. It's clarity. It's understanding people before processes, creating the conditions for people to feel seen and supported, and turning clarity into movement.

Because whether you're building your next chapter or building a better organization, progress begins when we stop asking, “What's wrong?” and start asking, “What do we need to move forward?”

Sometimes, you don't need someone to hand you a blueprint. You need someone to help you recognize that you already have the pieces.

Time to turn the page. Let's blueprint it." by @speakermovement

You empower high-achieving women, creative entrepreneurs, and business leaders to reject the "
"silent tax" of maintaining a flawless corporate mask.

Meet Dr. Minerva Arias (she/her), Ìyá Ọyaladé—an Ọya Priestess, scholar-practitioner, author, and founder of Sagrada.

Her work lives at the threshold of grief, death, endings, and transformation, exploring what these experiences can teach us about being human when we meet them through relationship, rather than fear. As a Caribbean woman shaped by ancestral traditions and years of study across psychology, trauma, somatics, yoga and end-of-life care, Minerva brings the sacred and the scholarly into conversation.

Off the clock? She’s mothering, talking to her ancestors, tending something green, or somewhere near the Caribbean Sea.

"We spend so much of our lives trying to avoid endings.
We hold onto relationships, identities, versions of ourselves, even ways of living that have already completed their cycle because we've been taught to understand an ending as failure, loss, or something going terribly wrong.

But as a Priestess of Ọya, I have learned to see endings differently.

An ending is not only about what is being taken from us. It is a threshold. And sometimes, the life we are asking for cannot arrive until we are willing to stand at that threshold and release what can no longer come with us.

Death, too, is a threshold. It changes the way we are in relationship with those we love, but it does not have to end that relationship. Our ancestors remind us that we remain connected across worlds and that as we move through our own endings, we do not move alone. We are held by those who came before us, guided by our Ori, and accompanied by the wisdom of Ọya as we cross from what was into what is becoming.

I want us to become less afraid of endings because ending, grieving, transforming, and beginning by @speakermovement

"I've been disabled my whole life.

I was born hard of hearing. But my parents didn't know why I was hard of hearing or needed hearing aids.

When I was 17, I was diagnosed with Usher Syndrome, which provided those answers. It was unexpected. After my diagnosis, I started to deal with having a progressive vision disability and what that meant for me and my life.

I'm also Cuban and Puerto Rican, and my Latiné identity is a really important part of who I am.

I founded Blindish Latina because I wanted to share my story of being a disabled Latina woman.

I wanted to be the representation I myself did not have.
Many people don’t know a lot about disability and are uncomfortable even SAYING the word.

But we need to say the word, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with disability.”

"Your rhythm is not broken! It just isn't yours yet.
Somewhere along the way, we traded our ancestral knowing for hustle, our intuition for output, our cycles for calendars that weren't built for us.

But here's the truth: rest is resistance, joy is justice, and your body already knows the way home.

When you stop performing productivity and start living in alignment with your own natural cadence—whether that's lunar, seasonal, or simply yours—you don't just heal yourself. You give everyone around you permission to do the same.

That's how we break cycles. That's how we build a new world.”
