This is Malabar Fish curry, the dish that instantly makes me happy for all the right reasons. A true comfort food when paired with Kerala matta rice. Now you can make it too in just 15 minutes with @eattulua Malabar curry mix When @eattulua launced their Malabar curry mix I knew I had to get my hands on it ! And I am so glad I did.. cause they haven’t just nailed the spice mix but also made the entire process of making a fish curry so easy that you can now make Malabar fish curry at home in just 15 minutes ! It tastes authentic and fresh and smells exactly of the ingredients used. The spice mix consists of real ingredients, farm sourced spices with Zero preservatives and added colours making it a fav of many including me. To make : Add the paste onto the pan. Add in your choice of protein or veggies. Pour in some water to get it cooking. Close the pan with a lid and let it simmer. The addition of coconut milk here is absolutely optional since the paste comes with added coconut milk powder. Once the curry thickens, take it out of the stove and enjoy it hot. #tulua #malabarfishcurry #seafood #indianfood #easyrecipes by @spiceupwithukay

Theres no room for hunger here at Ukay’s. Chicken fajita tortilla wrap hack / Viral Tiktok Tortilla wrap 1. Divide the tortilla mentally into 4 quarters. 2. Place a different filling in each quarter. 3. Cut one slit from the center to the edge of the tortilla. 4. Fold each quarter over the next until you have a compact triangle-shaped wrap. 5. Toast it in a skillet or sandwich press until golden and crispy. • Quarter 1: Fajita sauce • Quarter 2: chicken fajita • Quarter 3: shredded cheese • Quarter 4: tomato sauce This folding method keeps the fillings separated until each bite combines them as you eat through the wrap. It’s popular because it’s easy to customize and holds together well without spilling. 🌯 Comment FAJITA for the detailed recipe! #tiktoktrends #viralvideo #wrap #fajita #chickenlover by @spiceupwithukay
