FALL STUDIO POLICY REMINDER 🩵

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME:
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class so we have time to check you in, help with bike setup, and make sure you’re comfortable before class begins.

For everyone’s safety, no entry is permitted once the studio doors have closed and class has started. Our classes take place in a dimly lit environment with continuous movement, so late entry or re entry can be unsafe for both you and other riders.

CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS
We have an 8hr Cancallation policy. If you cancel within 8h or more before the scheduled class time, your credit will be returned to your acount.

Cancellation within the 8h window will result in the loss of the credit or a $15 late cancel fee for unlimited memberships. This includes waitlisted reservations. If you get off the waitlist within the 8h window, this policy applies. Our cancellation + no show policy remains in effect regardless of class size.

STUDIO HYGIENE
At SPINCO, we’re committed to creating a space that feels safe, clean, welcoming, and comfortable for everyone.

Because we’re a small studio and our classes are designed to make you sweat, personal body odours can become amplified during a ride. We kindly ask everyone to be mindful of personal hygiene and arrive fresh and ready to ride.

CELLPHONES
We ask that you please leave your cellphone in your locker outside the SPIN room. This is your time to disconnect from the outside world, be present, and fully experience the music, movement, and energy of the room.

If you have an emergency or need to keep your phone with you for any reason, please keep it on silent with the brightness turned down and let your instructor know before class that you may need to check or answer your phone.

WAITLISTS
Our waitlists move quickly. If a spot opens up, you will be automatically added to the class up to 1h prior to the class start time, and recieve an email that you have been booked.

MEMBERSHIP CHANGES + PAUSES
All membership changes or pauses must be submitted via email to kelowna@spinco.ca. SPINCO Kelowna requires 14 days written notice of any changes or pauses to allow system processing. taken in Kelowna, British Columbia by @spincokelowna

You may have seen a couple of new faces around the studio this past year… and even more over the last few weeks. We’re excited to officially introduce the newest owners of SPINCO Kelowna - Forrest + Francisco!

These two are beyond pumped to bring fresh energy into the space with exciting events, new partnerships, and a renewed focus on community.

You’ll see us around the studio often, catch Forrest teaching Tuesdays at 9:15AM, and Fran bright and early getting the studio energized for the day.

We can’t wait to ride with you, grow with you, and continue building this incredible community together.

This September, we’re riding for Karis Support Society 🩵

Karis is a Kelowna-based organization supporting women navigating addiction and mental health challenges through safe housing, recovery-focused programming, life-skills development, semi-independent living and continued support as they transition back into the community. Their programs also support women who are pregnant, parenting, or working toward reunification with their children.

Our first CLIP IN, QUEENS is officially in the books🩵 and it was everything!

A full room, big energy, plenty of sparkle, and so much community! From the ride to the performances and everything in between, this is the kind of afternoon we want on repeat. 💅
