This video makes parenting look so easy …. I wish 🤪

Just a few classes a week and you’re ready to tackle the world!

Yeah....no 🫠

But do I try and put myself first just a couple times a week?

Yes.

Does it help? Yes.

Overloaded with gratitude 🫶🏽

I don’t have the words right now to tell you how beyond grateful I am to each of you who rode with me tonight.

Each of you have a special place in my heart!! I hand selected you, extended an invitation, you accepted and you showed up with best energy!! To look out at all of you was beyond inspiring.
My heart is so full!!

Thank you Spinco family for supporting me and welcoming me the way you have. Truly blessed to be a part of this community.

As I tear up writing this, I’ve overcome many obstacles before getting here. I know I can power through anything with the love and support from all of you.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Can’t wait to do it all again with a fresh new playlist soon!! 🚲 💙

(I can only tag 20 ppl, how incredibly grateful I am to have had such a full class!!)

Much love, Katie xoxo 💋

Kids are back in class, which means it’s officially your time again, parents! 🖤

Grab that coffee for a morning boost, sit down for lunch on Bernard, or sneak in some solo shopping without anyone asking, “Are we done yet?” 😅

How are you spending your free time this week?☕ 🛍️

Your girl was booked and busy this summer 💁🏻‍♀️💕

I went to a lot of community events and had SO MUCH FUN! Everyone, but especially people with disabilities, benefit from being part of a village. And that means being a villager. When I get invited I try my best to show up. Because so many people show up for me.

It was an awesome Kelowna Summer, but this fall girl is ready to get cozy 😉
