You might surprise yourself if you just give it a try! 😎🔥 Sometimes the hardest part is getting started.

Even @angadartshotel very own GM @jmgo_ stepped away from hotel business long enough to hop on a bike and get in the mix! 💪🏽🚴🏾‍♂️

Good music, good people, and plenty of room for you to find your groove. Come see what #SpinWithDWalk is all about!

Hit the link in my bio and tap in! 🔥

We heard our girl passed the BAR?! 👀⚖️🔥

Now we already knew she could handle some pressure, because the way she gets down on that bike?! 😮‍💨😂 But this right here is BIG!

All jokes aside, we’re proud of you! All that hard work paid off, and we love to see it! Congratulations, counselor! 🥳👏🏾

Now come celebrate with us in the saddle! 🚴🏾‍♀️

“Tell me what I gotta do” to get y’all to come to R&B Week?! 😅🎶

Do I gotta sing to y’all? Dedicate a song? Bring Joe himself 😂 Whatever it takes, just know we got the vibes AND the cardio covered!

Tuesday at TruFusion. Wednesday at G3. 🎶🚴🏾‍♂️

Hit the link in my bio and come catch this R&B vibe with me! 😮‍💨🔥

My rider 🚴🏾‍♂️🚴🏽‍♀️

Watching @_TayyFitness rise to the occasion and do her thing was nothing short of a blessing!

We already do life together — now we get to take that same chemistry and bring it to the bikes. Flow state 😅

Show me you ride for us without saying you ride for us… 😅🚴🏾‍♂️

Nah really…get in the car, drive downtown, switch up your normal Sunday routine, step outside of the gym membership you already pay for… just to come spend an hour on the bikes with us 🙌🏽

S/o to everybody who pulled up and put in the work with #SpinWithDWalk x #TayyFitness. We really hope we made it worth the trip, because having y’all in the room definitely made it worth it for us!

And after an hour on the bikes, everybody still agreed to a sweaty family photo. 😂

Appreciate y’all for riding with us. Literally. ❤️
