“Spin class is not what you think it is gang.” Cycling 2-3 times a week, I really thought I was in shape. Spin class w/ @__dwalk said, “Let’s fact-check that bro.” 3 days removed from this session and I’m still sore.😅 How are y’all surviving spin class?! 😂😭 #explorepage #activelifestyle #spinclass #menshealth #indoorcycling

POV: You ask someone if they’re coming to class Saturday… Him: “You coming Saturday?” 👀 Him: “Did you sign up already?” 😅 Her: “Girl, I’ll see you Saturday!” 🤗 The real question is… have YOU signed up yet? 🚴🏾‍♀️ Reserve your bike and come see what everyone’s talking about.

This past weekend I accomplished a first. I performed my song “BOULDER” at my good friend @spinwithdwalk ‘s Spin class at the @angadartshotel. Not only that, my wife @_loladarling did her first spin class, which happened to be the advanced class at that lol. She was there supporting me while I was supporting our friend and we were supporting him together while also accomplishing some firsts as a couple. I might be the first artist to have performed at a spin class. Shoutout to @__dwalk and his supportive wife @_tayyfitness for having us! S/o to @the_clownn_took_it for the captures 📸 S/o to @mainsqueezejuiceco for the delicious juices #marriage #couplegoals #fitness #stlouis #spinwithdwalk

Grab your dad, your bestie, or your favorite ride partner and let’s have some fun. See you Saturday • 8:15 AM 🚴🏽‍♀️
