Spiral Generator (@spiralgenerator) first started as a passion project by infinityBC aka 30,000AD and Pamela_ and her sons as a completely live performance at Chaos Computer in 2023 for fundraising for the ATL forest. The Full SG experience has since expanded to include unmatchable freak on the 1s and 2s, Kiernan Laveaux, Nuyorican Multi instrumentalist MIRA MIRA, polyrhythmic scientist T. MF Wan, and Brooklyn’s most emo turntablist, Rage.inald. Experiential experimentation to tightly knit grooves. Bask in the provocative and emotional sounds. Nostalgic in free jazz turntablism, instrumentation and poetry. Futuristic in sequencing, rhythm section ingenuity, nestled in a genre defying ethos.

We shed our surroundings amidst these times of turmoil like a cocooned caterpillar. This unrest has birthed a crew from the cacophonous Mind Dimension straight out of the mud of a homogenized dj culture where club goers want Berghain more than they want truly subversive Techno. The sequencers are sequencing. The Drum machines are drumming, the wheels of steel are turning, the horns are horny. The tapes are Echoing, The hybrid is hybriding. We are elated to present an alternative of this dj craft, please TAP IN. taken in Camp Tall Timbers by @spiralgenerator

Summer flies by and we set out to capture a little more magic at the tail end of it. We’ve got a stacked and eclectic line up of individualistic pioneers between PA and ny. The pier will host a legend and shaper of the philly club sound DJ Sega, a live performance by the maximalist raw electronic percussionist Gloorp, and the DJ/Live hybrid mega ensemble of NY-Pittsburgh based musicians SPIRAL GENERATOR. Opening duties by yours truly.

In the beginning…. There were two generators. This Music was written on the day of this recording that took place at the revered home of DIY for a brief beautiful moment in NYC… at Chaos Computer… for a benefit planned for Atlanta’s Forest Defenders on January 18th 2023…. Which abruptly became a memorial for Tortuguita, whose life was stolen on this day as they sat cross legged in the lap of the Atlanta forest they so loved. We Share this music in tribute to them and to LIFE.

100 tape run! Available at the ALL NIGHT SG performance this Sunday @bossanovacivicclub and 🔜 on Bandcamp. All proceeds for this release will go to @atlsolfund

DO THE 🌀 on s/c and YouTube @lotradio. It’s such a pleasure to contribute to the outer abyss of expression with so many instruments and talented souls. Though this two hour recording is a redacted version of the true Full Spiral Generator Experience , which also includes 3 more of the mystic ogs, @tiffwanee , @30000ad , and KL. we still forge a journey through the extraterrestrial reaches of sound with methods from the ancient ways merged with technology of the present in this messy alchemy that mirrors the granduer of humanity and it’s perfect imperfection.

It became all so much sweeter as a warm up to when we all came together to absolutely detonate the rave of the mf year, Neap Tide! On that note they are still figuring out funds to pay tickets and stolen gear from 🐷. They are beyond happy with any support by any means as diy is getting harder and harder in this police state. All funds Venmo to @zenpartymix 💛 by @spiralgenerator
