✨Less than 2 weeks until I step onto that big stage again✨FMG WORLDS ✨

This prep has definitely been different. Managing an injury has forced me to find a new way to prepare, adapt my training and listen to my body more than ever.

But one thing hasn’t changed -I’m still loving every minute of this journey. ❤️

Grinding every day.
Staying consistent.
Doing what I can with what I have.
And refusing to lose sight of the goal.

The work is being done quietly, day after day… and now the excitement is on ANOTHER LEVEL. 🔥

Another FMG Worlds.
Another opportunity to stand amongst incredible athletes.
Another chance to bring the best version of myself to that stage💪🏼
Let’s go✌️

49 today… and honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever felt this good.

Not because life turned out exactly how I imagined-it didn’t.

There were years of heartbreak, tears, and letting go of dreams I thought would define my life. Looking back now, I can see those moments didn’t break me. They changed me.

These days I wake up genuinely excited for what’s ahead.

I get to train.I get to compete.I get to keep challenging myself.I get to build something I’m proud of.Most importantly, I get to spend time with the people I love.

I’ve realised that happiness isn’t waiting for us at the finish line. It’s in the ordinary moments we often rush past.

At 49, I feel stronger than I did in my 20s.Calmer than I was in my 30s.And more grateful than I’ve ever been.

If you had told the younger me this would be my life, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

Not because it’s perfect.

Because it’s real.

So today I’m celebrating good health, another year to grow, the people who make my life better every single day, and the chance to keep becoming the woman I want to be.

49... I’m ready for you. 💜
