Overcoming injuries and setbacks take a lot of courage and patience. It’s a daily ritual to be grateful and a reminder you can always start again❤️

✨Less than 2 weeks until I step onto that big stage again✨FMG WORLDS ✨

This prep has definitely been different. Managing an injury has forced me to find a new way to prepare, adapt my training and listen to my body more than ever.

But one thing hasn’t changed -I’m still loving every minute of this journey. ❤️

Grinding every day.
Staying consistent.
Doing what I can with what I have.
And refusing to lose sight of the goal.

The work is being done quietly, day after day… and now the excitement is on ANOTHER LEVEL. 🔥

Another FMG Worlds.
Another opportunity to stand amongst incredible athletes.
Another chance to bring the best version of myself to that stage💪🏼
Let’s go✌️

💛 BUILDING YOUR BODY IS ONE THING. LEARNING TO INHABIT IT IS ANOTHER 💛

✨CONSTRUIRE TON CORPS EST UNE CHOSE. APPRENDRE À L’HABITER EN EST UNE AUTRE. ✨

(Version 🇫🇷 en commentaires 👇🏼)

For many years, physical transformation meant one thing to me above all: building.

Building muscle.
Building strength.
Building a physique.
Building discipline.

And I still deeply believe in all of those things.

But over time, through everything I have learned, practised and experienced, my relationship with my body has evolved.

I realised that developing a body isn’t only about changing the way it looks or performs.

It can also be about developing a deeper connection with it.

Learning how it moves.
How it breathes.
Where it compensates.
What it needs.
How to challenge it — and how to listen to it.

And this is where the different practices that have shaped me started to come together.

Strength training taught me how to build my body.

Yoga taught me how to inhabit it.
To breathe through movement.
To create space.
To develop mobility and awareness.
To feel rather than simply execute.

And posing taught me how to express it.
Through posture.
Through movement.
Through presence.
Through the way we choose to occupy space.

Three practices that may look very different from the outside.

Yet, to me, they are different ways of exploring the same body.

And this connection lies at the heart of AENERGI.

Not simply building a stronger or more developed physique.
But learning to understand it.
To move within it.
To connect with it.
And ultimately, to express it in a way that feels entirely your own.

Build it.
Inhabit it.
Express it.

One body.
One relationship with it.
One energy. ⚡

AENERGI — Align your energy.
