Twenty six years ago, that's how many years back we go @gordongram and what a pleasure to have you @spoonandstable tonight. So the quick story....I staged in his 3 star restaurant in London and while I was offered the job I didn't have a working visa.....so he sent me to work for Marco Pierre white, glad I made it out alive 😬😂!
