I was introduced as “Founder and Executive Chef of Sprinkle and Sprout” here is why that’s so cool…We shot this in Jan, before I had ever sold a muffin. But I had this deep down feeling that I was on the right path and I had the name of my new business so I went with it. 10 months later I am so proud of what @sprinkleanndsprout has become. Sometimes you gotta just start saying your dreams out loud.

🚨Flavor Drop🚨It’s our last week until the fall!! And we’re closing out with our original brownie-like Double Chocolate that started it all. And pairing it with my teams new fav, Pancake Chocolate Chip! And since it’s the last week of school we’ve got pencils, graduation caps, and more on top. Let’s end the year right! You get 1/2 Brownie like Double Chocolate and 1/2 Chocolate Chip Pancake Muffins!

Good Stuff: Double Chocolate: organic spinach, organic avocado, 100% organic whole wheat flour, EGG FREE.

Chocolate Chip Pancake: Organic butternut squash, organic zucchini, organic whole milk Greek yogurt, avocado oil

Nutrition: High Protein, Iron, Vitamins C + E, Potassium, Folate, Calcium, Fiber, Omega-3

Texture: Double Chocolate: Denser and almost fudgy, a mix between a brownie and a muffin.

Chocolate Chip Pancake: Moist, super delicate and airy.

Taste: Double Chocolate: Rich and chocolatey with chocolate chips inside.
