POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We’re incredibly excited to share the first ever music video for “Ten Minutes”! Directed by our longtime friend @berwanger_music Josh Berwanger(of The Anniversary), it’s a truly wonderful array of archival live footage, posters, photos, and other ephemera from the time. The video is highly effective in making Rob Pope @sprinkletown want to start smoking again….Don’t do it kids….

Along with the video you can now listen to the remastered version of “Ten Minutes” as well as a demo of the song on your platform of choice. The demo was very fun for us to unearth and have a listen to. Our friends Jared and Trevor recorded it as part of a “final project” for their audio school in Seattle back in 1998. Enjoy!!! by @sprinkletown

There Are Rules is 10 years old today. In hindsight, I put more blood, heart, creative energy and hearing loss into this record than any other record I’ve been involved in. I avoided listening to this record for a few years after we released it. @instaedrose @thesimmonsguy and I spent so much time together mixing this...we were in the rabbit hole. I finally revisited the record in 2015 to learn one of the songs...now I go back to this get up kids record more than any other. I pulled the pro tools sessions up today and goddamn Ed did a killer job on this LP. @chordsoffame was an amazing de facto manager and all around badass helping us release this on our own. @amicahsmith and I had a great time working on the art. Bob Weston @mv_ferries @rswiv2000 did a great job on the mastering. I’ve always thought this record deserved more respect and praise. If you haven’t listened, give it a spin. ✌🏼 by @sprinkletown

Hey everybody. Please check out my wife’s @pocket_studio new kids apparel company @thinking_caps She is collaborating with her good friend @brigidkelly in LA to create hats & t-shirts that are socially conscious and educational for kids. Everything is available on their website. I also put their link in my bio. Now is the time to be talking to our kids and helping them understand some of the big issues out there. by @sprinkletown
