I knew it wasn't going to be long before someone asked me to paint a striped ceiling 🎪 🖌 🎨

I must admit, it tested my steady hand to the max as I had to freehand some of the lines, but I'm super pleased with how it turned out.

When you use the architecture to your advantage, great things can happen!

This mural completely changed the feel of the space, whilst the palette 🤎💙 complimented the furniture scheme. 🎨

@houseofkindesign designed this mural incorporating the architectural features of the room, creating this unique, fun and inspiring IT suite for @cheshamprep

I painted the design, which has these funky orange WiFi symbols that envelope the mirrors and circular window, stretching onto the ceiling, creating that statement focal point! 🖌👌🏼

I painted an entire world map… 🌏🖌🎨

…and somehow managed to misplace an entire country. 😂

Sorry, New Zealand. 🇳🇿

In my defence, you are very far away. 🤭

(The client didn't notice on the day, either!)

Thank you to @malverntheatres for commissioning this mural. 🙏

🎨 The design explores creativity, community and culture.

🎨 Symbolising shared ideas, stories and human connection, the two figures reach towards each other through layers of colour, pattern and movement.
