The one where we did Summer 2026 🌅

My dad always preached holding onto that feeling you had in school when summer finally arrived, and I’ve tried to carry that with me over the past few years.

Threw some rad parties @thedeepparty_ ….saw some dope music, spent two and a half months exploring Colorado, and caught up with friends in new cities ✌️ by @srschmid

Where did all the big festivals in the Gulf South go? 🤔🌊

@hangoutfest will skip another year. After pausing in 2025 for Morgan Wallen’s @sandinmybootsfest takeover, Gulf Shores and AEG Presents have confirmed the festival won’t return in 2026 either.

But zoom out for a second…in just six years, the Gulf South has hit pause on Voodoo, BUKU, and the Hangout we all knew.

At this point, it’s less about what these festivals become, and more about whether, and when, they return

Tell us what you think in the comments 👇

𝕋𝕖𝕟 𝕪𝕖𝕒𝕣𝕤 𝕠𝕗 ℝ𝕚𝕧𝕖𝕣 𝔹𝕖𝕒𝕥𝕤 👏

You should 100% go on the festival cruise — meet your business partner (@thecarterbenjamin), pitch random startup ideas to your friends (@napole0n), interview artists, write thousands of music articles, and bounce from festival to festival… because what’s on the other side of all that is something special 👌🏻 by @srschmid

Will Voodoo Fest Ever Come Back to NOLA? 🌃

For two decades, Voodoo Fest was a staple of the national music festival circuit. A true Halloween celebration in one of America’s best Halloween cities. And then, suddenly, it was gone.

We took a closer look at what really happened to @voodoonola, and whether New Orleans might ever see its return 🎃

Are you missing @voodoonola this Halloween? Share your favorite memories in the comments below 🙌

Summer 24 ☀️

Lived in Colorado for 2 1/2 months, went to Hawaii with my boo @livelovekelsey and family to celebrate @megfed13…Vegas to celebrate loved ones turning 21, and trips back to The Big Easy. Saw @odesza final show, finally saw @fredagainagainagainagainagain live

Got to book my guy @leyouth for my birthday. Worked at @redrocksco with @riverbeatstv & @zedsdead. Took my parents to Red Rocks for their first time EVER.

Threw a sold out pool party @virginhotelsnola And finally…..Produced year three of our summer series @thedeepparty_ in Denver…..With some of my favorite people and a staff and support crew of 30+ each show.

It was one for the books. One of those summers where you don’t realize how amazing it was until it’s over. ✌️Grateful for it all‼️ by @srschmid
