An easy and super effect8ve way to leverage your client for the posterior slings is this version of the spinal wave.

If the shouder has issues or has been replaced we highly suggest against this distal arm anchor, and recommend our 2nd version taking the shoulderband arm out of the equation.

But this approach gets a great full arm line stretch and decompresion for the shoulder as well as trunk rotation work.

Using your own leg as a lever creates a seamless movement allowing you to guide the knee into adduction assisting in a deeper torso twist.

SI joint and Pelvic connections. The two SI joints transfer all upper body weight down into your legs.

When the joints become too loose or too stiff, it can destabilize the pelvis. This forces the pelvic floor and hip muscles to overcompensate which can lead to muscle tightness, spasms, and nerve irritations that may mimic sciatica.

Working in a soft and gentle approach can help to unglue restrictions and release tight fascia around the areas.

Gentle peeling of the tissue around the SI joints and a soft shifting of the pelvis can help provide relief.
