Our body works as a whole, and so should the way we approach movement.🫶🏼

Fascial Stretch Therapy combines assisted stretching, gentle movements and breathing to support mobility, flexibility and relaxation.

It’s not always about stretching further or pushing your limits. It’s about understanding how your body moves, responds and feels.

Whether you spend most of your day sitting, train regularly or simply want to move more freely, taking care of your mobility matters.

RECOVERY IS HARD

We talk so much about the surgery itself—but sometimes we underestimate what it takes to actually recover from it.

Your body is healing. Your routine changes. There are physical and emotional ups and downs, and some days simply feel harder than others.

Give your body time. Give yourself some grace. Recovery is a process, not a race. ✨

20+ years ago, me and Justin were playing in the same streetball tournament at Brower Park. Fast forward to today and I’m watching my bro build something special.

From building Humble Development, to training athletes, to now having the HMBL gym… it’s dope seeing what consistency, work and vision can turn into.

But when you’re building at that level, training, still hooping and constantly on the go, taking care of your body becomes part of the work.

That’s where these sessions come in.

For Justin, it’s not just about getting a good stretch. It’s keeping his hips moving, keeping his body ready to train and play, while also giving him a chance to slow everything down for a minute.

Proud of you, bro. Crazy what 20+ years can look like.

And we’re still building. #RejuvaStretch #HMBL #HumbleDevelopment #NYCEntrepreneurs #MobilityTraining
