Your Monday plans just got louder!

One thing I love and miss about Vietnam: street food, karaoke, and nights that turn into a whole party. Next Monday, we’re bringing that energy to @thealpsjc.

Vietnamese-inspired small bites, drinks, and BIG mic energy. Send this to your crew—you’ll want to be at this table. 👀

📍 The Alps • Jersey City
🗓 Monday, October 12 • Starts at 5 PM

Stay tuned for our menu drop!

MỘT, HAI, BA, DÔ! 🍻

“One, two, three, cheers!” A Vietnamese toast—and the glasses-up energy we’re bringing.

🌞 Too hot outside? Get wrapped. 🌯😎

Fresh veggies, bright flavors, and a whole lot of summer energy, all rolled into one seriously good bite. No beach required, just grab a spring roll and let the good vibes roll. 🥢✨

Summer tastes better wrapped. 💛

What happens when a Vietnamese classic meets a crispy egg roll? You get BOMB MAI! 🤤 Packed with savory lemongrass beef, inspired by the bold flavors of banh mi, then finished with a creamy, spicy jalapeño aioli for that extra kick. 🌶️🔥

Crispy on the outside, flavorful on the inside, and definitely not your average egg roll. 😋

Ready to take a bite of the BOMB MAI? 💣🥚

Yesterday was so much more than demoing a wall.

It was years of sacrifice, stress, lost time, lost connections, and so much of myself being wrapped up in this business—all coming out through every swing of that sledgehammer. A little feminist rage, a much-needed release, and honestly one of the most cathartic things I’ve done in a long time.

Cheers to all the women who showed up for me yesterday in ways they probably don’t even realize—from picking up the phone 2,000 miles away to standing beside me with a sledgehammer. Seriously, thank you to every person who helped make this demo possible. I felt so loved and supported through every swing.

Yesterday meant so much more to me than tearing down a wall. It was about releasing what I’ve been carrying and making room for a new chapter.

I can’t wait to show you what Stop, Drop N Roll is building ❤️‍🔥🔨 taken in Jersey City, New Jersey by @sstopdropnroll
