@thewolfgangpress_official new album ‘Asylum Variations’ is a up there with their best. A series of rumbling Komische observational vignettes with snarling post-punk bite. Yep, that good! by @st8ofbass

Way back in the early to mid 90s I worked at the great @hydrogendukebox record label… in that time one of the artists we worked with was awesome @globo_band - they were like the missing link between EBM and Orbital - sort of MBM on E, DSS on LSD… yep, all the letters in the post-industrial Dawn of dancing in the Information Age. I loved Globo. When their breathlessly, brutally groovy debut album Pro-War came out I danced more than a merry jig around the kitchen. I loved the album. I might even have said so for @pushelectronicsound in Orbit, his dance music section in Melody Maker. Today that long out of print album is (re) issued in a Redux edition and I’m dancing like a joy seeking crumbly at a reunion party. My limbs may be aching with age but this old friend sounds as fresh now as it was back then. This photo of the vinyl includes the original CD. Get Pro War Redux via @electronicsoundmag and the beautifully redesigned album comes as a splatter vinyl with a free Globo 7” of Devo covers, a signed logo art print and an info booklet. If you need me I’ll be back in the kitchen - neither turning it down, nor turning it off. by @st8ofbass

Sometimes it’s easy to forget how good some @primalscreamofficial albums actually were… really enjoying getting reacquainted with ‘Vanishing Point’. Much deeper than I remember. by @st8ofbass

What a brilliant record ‘Fantasyland’ is! Second album from @_mariauzor is a contorted electro, mutant techno and twisted beat masterclass with hauntingly powerful vocals, lyrics that bite and melodies that melt like echoes of the future past. Love it. by @st8ofbass

I did this thing for the brilliant docu-series ‘For the Record - An Incomplete History of Music’. I’m in episode 9, but don’t let that put you off - it’s a brilliant series. Thanks Matt @hundred_recs for the loan of the shop 😊 by @st8ofbass
