Not all powder rooms are created equal.

This one sits at the junction of warmth and refinement, where timber grain meets crisp tiling, brushed brass meets soft light and every inch earns its place.

This space carries the same commitment to craftsmanship, detail and function that defines the rest of the home.

Because even the smallest rooms deserve the highest level of thought.

This is where clarity begins.

Before any work starts on site, we’re here, carefully planning every detail of your project behind the scenes.

The Result..

A build that flows seamlessly, strong communication the whole way through and no surprises - just a clear path forward.

Warm tones. Subtle texture. Intentional contrast.

This detail was shaped through conversations, guided by our client's style and finished with purpose.

When you work with a builder who’s invested in the outcome, the little things make a big difference.

Kind words. Lasting impact.

Every review tells a story, and this one reminds us why we do what we do.

When clients feel supported, heard and proud of the home we’ve built together, that’s success.

What you see here is more than shelves. It’s restraint. Curation. Breathing room.

We don’t build homes to show off, we build them to feel lived in, relaxed and exactly right for you.

Light. Space. Flow.

From breakfast on a busy morning to wine and cheese on a Friday night, this curved form opens the space, softens the feel and brings people together.

The 2Pac joinery, finished in Dulux 'Snowy Mountains Half' with a satin finish, gives the space a soft, light-diffusing quality without feeling stark. The curved shaker doors at either end of the pill-shaped island don't just look beautiful, they're fully functional, making every inch of this kitchen both practical and refined.

That’s the power of thoughtful architecture, built with care.

Every touchpoint in your home should feel considered, even the kitchen tap.

This brushed brass sink mixer doesn’t just add elegance, it brings durability, functionality and a soft metallic warmth that complements the entire space.

We help our clients elevate the everyday through thoughtful material choices that feel good to use, again and again.

That sinking feeling when the quote comes back double what you expected…

It happens more often than you’d think.

The best way to avoid “price shock”?

Bring your builder in before you start designing.

Together, you can align your vision, budget and build so there are no nasty surprises later. by @st_construct

Light. Space. Flow.

Step past the villa façade and you’re welcomed into something unexpected, a kitchen where form and function meet with quiet confidence.

The soft curve of the island isn’t just a design feature, it shapes the way people move, gather and live in the space.

Combined with soaring ceilings and a palette that feels calm and timeless, this is where everyday life slows down and design truly works.

It’s thoughtful craftsmanship that doesn’t shout, it simply fits.
