There’s something special about when curves meet craft.

Plenty of curved shaker panels look the part, but don’t open. Looks are easy. Function takes skill.

Bulkhead: The high point of Joinery.

Usually bulkheads function as basic, unremarkable structures bridging cabinetry to ceiling, without much architectural presence.

Here, the design breaks the mould entirely and it's hard to imagine the space without it.

When curves meet craft

Some kitchens look straightforward at a glance, but viewing this as just another white shaker kitchen would be underestimating it.

Behind its classic look is a project with technical challenges. Curved shaker doors and a one of kind shaker bulkhead with internal curve.

This kitchen came to us after being placed in the 'too hard basket' but we saw the chance to bring it to life.

Bold design. Expertly crafted. Beautifully delivered.

Meet Sam and Georgia from ST Construct in Adelaide.

@st_construct is a husband-and-wife team. They specialise in Custom Family New Homes.

One problem was their reliance on word-of-mouth referrals. They missed out on new clients who shared their values.

We worked closely with them. We created a story-driven marketing approach. It showed who they are and what they stand for. It helped connect with the right clients via social media.

Did it work? Absolutely. Now, clients come to them already knowing who ST Construct is, making the whole qualifying process so much easier.

The result? Sam and Georgia now work with clients who share their vision and values. They do the projects they love.

Today, ST Construct is thriving. They do the work they excel at, with clients who share their passion for building beautiful homes. And as Sam says, it’s a win for everyone.

We recently met up with them in Adelaide to create this story of our partnership. Enjoy.

Happy International Women's Day 2023!
Women Building Australia is proud to highlight amazing construction businesses and the women leading them on our Female Led Business Register. We recognise, support, celebrate, and tell the stories of women who own or manage businesses in the building and construction industry. By listing on our register, female-led businesses can connect with clients and suppliers who want to support and source from these businesses.
