Aidan gets training throughout the school year through our partnership with St. James. But it’s what he chooses to do when school is OUT that separates him.

Winter break. Summer break. That’s when Aidan invests even more time in the facility.

50 workouts later:

Max Vertical: 32” → 35”
Speed: 15.3 → 16.5 MPH
Broad Jump: 92” → 110.5”
Agility: 5.19 → 4.72

Those aren’t small jumps.

He’s faster. More explosive. More agile. And heading into this fall as a completely different athlete than when he started.

Now comes the fun part — watching it translate to the football field.

Different player. Different confidence. Different leader.

Congrats on 50, Aidan. Time to go show it.

I was blessed to get the opportunity to go on a tour to WVU. It’s was a great experience; food was great, people were friendly, and campus was amazing. I cannot wait until I can return. It felt like home and I really enjoyed it.

My dad took me up for a 2 day trip to visit Virginia Tech University. I’m very grateful to have been given the opportunity to visit Virginia Tech. The campus was amazing, clean, and very welcoming.
