Aidan gets training throughout the school year through our partnership with St. James. But it’s what he chooses to do when school is OUT that separates him.

Winter break. Summer break. That’s when Aidan invests even more time in the facility.

50 workouts later:

Max Vertical: 32” → 35”
Speed: 15.3 → 16.5 MPH
Broad Jump: 92” → 110.5”
Agility: 5.19 → 4.72

Those aren’t small jumps.

He’s faster. More explosive. More agile. And heading into this fall as a completely different athlete than when he started.

Now comes the fun part — watching it translate to the football field.

Different player. Different confidence. Different leader.

Congrats on 50, Aidan. Time to go show it.

Great weekend with a great bunch of young football players. Travelled across West Virginia to take these fine young men on a recruiting visit to Marshall University to catch a last minute Marshall win. Thanks as always to @saintjamesfootball and a special shout out to @jorge__diiazz aka “El Jorge” one of the best HS kickers in the land being shown love by @herd_fb. Excited to see where his and all our players football journeys take them! (Unrelated but equally important, never stop learning….I had no idea that there were 27 varieties of Spam, including but not limited to Pumpkin Spice and a special Christmas edition….who knew 🤷🏽‍♂️)
