Theorie,
Lately life has been kind of sucking due to different things that I cant really control.
So i figure if I do something I CAN control and that sucks doing and I keep doing that very thing until it sucks a little less, well the other stuff will start sucking less as well...

or at least it'll be easier pushing thru those things as well since I am pushing thru something that I CAN control hence increasing my
" sucking resilience"...make sense? Well, to me it does😅

Hate running, suck at it...hate stair sprints...so told myself thats exactly what I'll do. Here's to doing things that you dont like, that sucks, pushing thru, stop complaining and getting more resilient. 💪🥵😜✨💥
