Forever grateful for all the beautiful people I’ve came across in my life as a coach: clients, colleagues, master trainers, new best friends, inspirations - so much life and love squeezed into my little one. As a coach and teacher, our cups are never full - get inspired, learn from eachother. Explore the world of fitness. To my clients for the past 16 years; I could not have made it without you and for every step of the way I say thank you. You grow. I grow. We grow together. ❤️ From different countries around the world, from studios, to new people I must say THANK YOU. I SEE YOU; you teach me and it’s with so much love I can’t even fill this space. My heart is full but we keep growing. Our cups are never full ❤️ #jointhemovement #movementbyastrid #lagree #fitness #coaches
