This morning I had the honor of facilitating a private Full Moon Angelic Reiki + Shamanic ceremony devoted to chakra recalibration, nervous system regulation, and intention setting for the new year.

As I moved through her energy centers, she shared that she could feel the light traveling up and down her chakras—
her fingers began tingling,
her body softened,
and she felt as though she melted into the table, fully held and supported.

This is what happens when the body feels safe enough to receive.
When the energy remembers its natural rhythm.
When the soul exhales.

At the end of her journey, she was gifted a star—a symbol of guidance, illumination, and remembrance of her own inner light as she steps into this next chapter.

Full Moon energy invites release, recalibration, and amplification.
It reminds us that we don’t need to force transformation—
sometimes we simply allow ourselves to be held by the light.

Forty two years around the sun. So lucky and grateful for life. I grew a lot these last few years mentally and appreciate my journey to getting here. Happy 8th birthday bear!!! I always acknowledge that it’s your birthday cause your life started with me. We spoke (I did most of the talking) this morning of all the wonderful things you do and experience. Of course I teared up cause you are so very special to me. This morning, you got your happy birthday song, we went to sign up for us volunteering together, got some extra treats at a store and now home napping. I wish everyday you feel this loved 🥰. I know I annoy the crap out of you when you look so peaceful living your life and I come over and give you a 1,000 kisses, hugs and I smush you lol. Happy Birthday to me! 41 years has been a ride. Plenty of downs but lots of laughs. This past year has been a great year of such growth thanks to @donnamarieweaver_ and thanks to @atozwellness_ for continuous help with my nutrition goals. Can’t wait to see what the next chapter holds with @bekindtoyourmindcounselingnj. Lots of support from others is needed. We all had challenges this year, last year maybe years before but this year was super tough mentally for me. Bear had a rough year also. Everything has been overwhelming but we pushed though. Life can pass you by if you don’t stop to enjoy it because life moves fast. I don’t really do resolutions because those may fall through but I’m just staying focused and taking one day at a time. Without this boy I don’t know where I would be mentally.
