This morning’s Sacred Women’s Circle was a reminder that bravery doesn’t always look loud.

Sometimes bravery looks like surviving. Sometimes it looks like starting over. Sometimes it looks like speaking your truth, setting boundaries, choosing yourself, or simply continuing to show up even when life feels heavy.

Today, we gathered as women to remember moments in our lives where we were brave — even when we didn’t recognize it at the time.

We listened. We cried. We hugged. We held space for one another in unconditional love and safety.

And in that sacred circle, every woman was reminded, “You were never weak. You were becoming.”

Creating community and sisterhood is one of the most important parts of my mission because no woman should ever feel alone in her healing journey.

If you are reading this and longing for a tribe of open-minded, spiritual women who truly see and support one another, I invite you to join us for our next Sacred Women’s Circle in June.

Come as you are. There is a seat waiting for you. 🤍

With everything going on in the world, sometimes the most powerful thing we can choose is simple kindness.

A word on your wrist. A protective bead. *Colors that bring you peace and happiness.
A reminder on your bag.
A message you carry with you.

Because everyone is fighting a battle you can’t see. Everyone is navigating something quietly. And if you can be kind to just one person, you’ve already made a difference.

These bracelets and bag charms aren’t just accessories. They’re small anchors. Little nudges to stay open. To lead with heart. To remember who you are.

Wear what you need to hear.
Gift what someone else might need most.
Stack the reminders.
Spread the kindness.

One person at a time.

If you agree, let's begin our work for today. 😘🥰#kindnessmatters

This morning I had the honor of facilitating a private Full Moon Angelic Reiki + Shamanic ceremony devoted to chakra recalibration, nervous system regulation, and intention setting for the new year.

As I moved through her energy centers, she shared that she could feel the light traveling up and down her chakras—
her fingers began tingling,
her body softened,
and she felt as though she melted into the table, fully held and supported.

This is what happens when the body feels safe enough to receive.
When the energy remembers its natural rhythm.
When the soul exhales.

At the end of her journey, she was gifted a star—a symbol of guidance, illumination, and remembrance of her own inner light as she steps into this next chapter.

Full Moon energy invites release, recalibration, and amplification.
It reminds us that we don’t need to force transformation—
sometimes we simply allow ourselves to be held by the light.

✨ If your body is craving balance…
✨ If your energy feels heavy, scattered, or depleted…
✨ If you’re ready to set intentions from a grounded, regulated place…

I’d be honored to hold space for you.

💌 DM me to book a private Angelic Reiki or Shamanic Reiki session.

A pearl for your wisdom.
A diamond for your strength.
A simple necklace with the meaning you carry every day.

💎 Cut from stone.
**Proof that #clarity comes from being shaped by life.
Symbolizes strength, truth, and your most unbreakable self.
🦪Born from pressure.
** A reminder that the softest parts of you can still create something strong and luminous.
Symbolizes wisdom, resilience, and the beauty that comes from your inner world.

The pearl and the diamond represent the full spectrum of #whoyouare — soft and strong, intuitive and unshakeable.
A quiet reminder that your gentleness and your grit can coexist and make you unstoppable.

We love this message so much💞💗💟 @breadmonster_inc
