There’s something worth romanticizing in every season here🤍

Maybe it’s because I’m in my feels about the kids being back at school and already getting way too excited for Halloween and Christmas...

But I think that’s one of my favourite things about living in the Shuswap. There’s always something about the next season to look forward to.

So yes, I’ll keep taking the sunset photos, getting way too excited when the leaves start changing and romanticizing this little corner of the world.

🍎Peterson Orchard - fresh apples and other seasonal fruit straight from the orchard. They also offer a U-Pick for the full fall experience.

🍎 Pedro Gonzales - a longtime local favourite for farm-fresh produce, including apples grown by the Ruth family.

🍎 DeMille's Farm Market - local produce plus apples and fresh-pressed juice made with apples grown at their own orchard.

Spend a Saturday with me as a Realtor in Salmon Arm, BC 🏡

Every day in real estate looks a little different. This Saturday included house showings with clients looking for an acreage, driving around some beautiful rural properties and of course, a quick stop at the She Shoe Swaps Sale where I may have bought myself a new pair of boots. 😂

I really do love what I do. I get to connect with so many great people, show them around the place I’m lucky enough to call home and still have the flexibility to spend time with my family.

This style of content is definitely new for me and a little outside my comfort zone, but I trusted the process and actually had a lot of fun making it!

Head downtown to Ross Street Plaza from 9 AM–1 PM for a celebration of local apples, orchards and agriculture alongside the Downtown Farmers Market.

🐟 Salute to the Sockeye Festival | October 9–25
A big one for 2026! This year marks a dominant sockeye return, which happens every four years. Head to Tsútswecw Provincial Park to experience one of the Shuswap’s most incredible natural events.

🎃 Spooktacular at R.J. Haney Heritage Village | October 24 & 25
Halloween takes over the Heritage Village with the Pumpkin Patch Path, midway, Mad Scientist, haunted attractions, Spooky Trail and more.

🍬Downtown Salmon Arm Treat Trail | October 30, 3–5 PM
Costumes on and treat bags ready! Bring the kids downtown as participating businesses hand out treats for an afternoon of Halloween fun.

🏒 Halloween Night Silverbacks Game | October 31, 7 PM
Finish off October by cheering on the Salmon Arm Silverbacks as they take on the West Kelowna Warriors at Rogers Rink.
