Sara Bradley guest posing @posinggames

A true artist.

What an event, easily the most entertaining bodybuilding show I’ve been to yet. @flowbysammy and @jonlofthousee thank you for making a show focused around the artists and letting them create what they wanted to.

Many more photos to come…

Wow. What a day to be a coach 🩷 I just love our team!

PCA Masters M1, Hull — 3rd October 2026 👑

12 ATHLETES ACROSS THE WEEKEND. AGES 35–60+. REPRESENTING EVERY CATEGORY. WE DID IT 🙌🏻

This meant more than medals. Being part of the first-ever PCA Masters regional show, opening more doors for our Masters athletes, meant everything.

For some, over three years in the making.

PCA are onto something bigger… proud we were part of the beginning 🩷 @pca_official thank you you are my bread & butter 🖤

All coached by Michelle Walker to the best of my knowledge.

Posing challenge round champion @coachedbystewie 🫶❤️
@posinggames

When I first met Stewie it was backstage at @wnbf_uk in 2023 and after that a few weeks later we spoke about working together & it was at that point I told him I thought he could be one of the best posing coaches in the world 🌎

Understandably a lot of people doubted that due to his lack of competitive experience which was something we both had in common I had the same thing as a prep coach with not many shows under my belt.

What we continued to do was show the passion and love for our craft and prove the doubters wrong.

Stewie definitely did exactly what he set out to do which was prove he’s one of the best posers in the world & that our standards are extremely high in all departments 🫡

Couldn’t be prouder.

Also a cool full circle moment as @jonlofthousee & @flowbysammy did my first ever posing seminar, posing lessons & my posing routine for my show so I’ve watched them grow the posing industry from the ground up and thats been pretty amazing. by @stag_shoots

It is truly an honour to be able to say this, but i won… the best of the 12 at freestyling. Still feels a bit surreal tbh 😅

Practicing for this round was very interesting and involved a LOT of time posing (like more than a reasonable human should), freestyling specific styles and getting very acquainted with the tracks we would be shown.

@jonlofthousee shared 3 playlists with us on spotify… one for each of the rounds, so we could familiarise ourselves with the music that would be used. We would know the tracks, but not the timestamp nor the track we got, so all our "routines" were just straight off the dome on the day. There were 21 tracks totalling 1hr36mins of total music for the round, so it would have been an impossible task making premade routines for this round.

Round 1 (80s): Vs @_dwhit
Show Me Heaven - Maria McKee
Went for as much of an 80s style as i could, incorporating time-accurate flows and poses of the era, taking it nice and slow… not doing too much

Round 2 (Cinematic): Vs @flow.volution
Time - Hans Zimmer
This was a bit harder, not a song i particularly wanted as i felt it was a bit too slow, tried to make the most of it by instead of posing to the beat, switching up and using half and quarter beats to change pacing in order to create maximum dynamic emphasis

Round 3 (Finale): Vs @lukevinnicombe & @marius_physique
Duel Of The Fates (Epic Version) - Samuel Kim
Going first here, i knew i had to create an absolute masterpiece otherwise id be decimated by two seriously good posers. As soon as the music came on, i knew the direction i wanted to go.
Speed. Every beat. Minimal repetition. Lots of movement.
Suffice to say, ending with a standing ovation from the judges and the audience… id say it went pretty damn well 😂

Now by no means was this an easy feat, i truly worked my ass off for this and i wanted that trophy so i did everything within my power to take it home with me!
12 incredible fucking artists went head to head and each brought an incredible package, it was such an experience to not only compete but to be able to watch this too.

No placing today, but still leaving with the biggest smile 🥹🤍

Honestly, i was just so happy to be back on stage! The class was double the size of last week and there were some seriously amazing girls up there🫶🏼

Looking forward to getting my feedback and seeing what I can take away from today!

ONE MORE SHOW NEXT WEEK… FINALS!! ✨

Going into this one with absolutely zero expectations, just wanting to enjoy every second, gain the experience of competing at an even bigger, higher-level show and soak it all in.

One more peak week to go… let’s do this!! 💙✨

Thankyou to everyone who got me ready for that stage, it takes an army!🫡
