I AM HIRING SOMEONE WHO COULD HAVE MADE THIS VIDEO BETTER THAN ME.

Not because I couldn’t (because I don’t have the time)

If you’re sitting there thinking “yeah, I would’ve made that more engaging”... you should probably apply.

I’m looking for a Content Creator + Social Media Manager who can create in their sleep.

→ Knows their way around CapCut and Edits like it’s muscle memory
→ Understands Instagram beyond “post consistently”
→ Knows what makes people stop, watch, share, save and actually give a shit
→ Sees a trend and immediately thinks about how to make it ours
→ Isn’t afraid to go against the grain
→ Can create genuinely creative, engaging and disruptive content
→ Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera
→ Has previous experience in a similar role
→ Hair, beauty, aesthetics or hospitality experience is a very big bonus (gets five big booms bonus)
→ Has an eye for genuinely good graphic design (I.e can make without templates)

Two months ago, I took a leap and built Swim around something I genuinely believe in ↓

good content is a really fucking big part of good marketing.

Because good content is what gives people a reason to stop, pay attention, connect with your business and ultimately choose you.

To every client, friend, family member, follower, referral and person who has shared, liked, messaged, recommended or simply cheered me on...

I see you. Thank you. 🤍

I’ve already had the absolute privilege of working with some incredible businesses and people who have trusted me with something that means a lot to them.

They deserve strategy that makes sense and content that actually FEELS like them.

Not only that but, marketing that makes people care with someone in their corner who gives a shit about the result.

That’s what I wanted Swim to be from day one.

Two months down. IPhone storage at capacity. A camera roll that’s 95% hair content. A frankly concerning amount of coffee consumed. And somehow, getting paid to yap.

A lot more to come. And I’m just getting started.
