the blonde spectrum is a spectrum (hope this helps)🚨

@stassiibabyyy has naturally dark greek hair, so her blonde is always going to throw a little warmer. It’s all about knowing how to work with that warmth and create a colour that complements her natural base, rather than trying to fight it every appointment !!

This is EXACTLY why the in-between foils appointment deserves a little more credit. Think of it like a season renewal for your blonde!

We support each other’s good financial decisions (they’re hair appointments, obviously)

Every blonde needs a brunette to enable her, and vice versa.

elle: extension install + colour by @danielletaimihair
anastasia: blonde toner + styling by me

Tag the serena to your blair and come get your hair appointments booked with us @jamesthesalon , we have the blonde and brunette duo supremacy to uphold, people !!

I AM HIRING SOMEONE WHO COULD HAVE MADE THIS VIDEO BETTER THAN ME.

Not because I couldn’t (because I don’t have the time)

If you’re sitting there thinking “yeah, I would’ve made that more engaging”... you should probably apply.

I’m looking for a Content Creator + Social Media Manager who can create in their sleep.

→ Knows their way around CapCut and Edits like it’s muscle memory
→ Understands Instagram beyond “post consistently”
→ Knows what makes people stop, watch, share, save and actually give a shit
→ Sees a trend and immediately thinks about how to make it ours
→ Isn’t afraid to go against the grain
→ Can create genuinely creative, engaging and disruptive content
→ Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera
→ Has previous experience in a similar role
→ Hair, beauty, aesthetics or hospitality experience is a very big bonus (gets five big booms bonus)
→ Has an eye for genuinely good graphic design (I.e can make without templates)

If you’re sitting there thinking “umm, this sounds like me”, I want to see your application.

And if you’re sitting there thinking “this sounds like [insert friend’s name]”...

Send it to them.....

She said her mum was gonna FREAK OUT! I need to know, would your mum approve of this hair?

As a hairdresser mums are always my biggest critics, especially when dealing with their babies hair! So when a client says their mum is gonna love it I know I’ve done a good job 🥺🙌🏻

Let me know if you want the full colour breakdown and I can share it over the weekend 🫶🏼
