Eleven is a number often associated with vision, intuition & possibility, which feels fitting for a place that has always looked ahead while staying close to what matters.

A decade of dedication, plus one more year of becoming.
For eleven years, the State Buildings has been a world within a city, shaped by a revolving cast of artists, chefs, executives, wine lovers, locals & travellers. A place where the best of Perth’s culinary, cultural & social worlds meet under one roof, where introductions are made, glasses are raised & all roads seem to find their way back to the table.

Our doors have remained open through it all, welcoming people in, sending stories back out & proving there is always more to discover, more to share & more room to grow.

Perth’s Point Zero plaque is quite literally where all roads lead.⁠
⁠
Since 1925, this historic marker has measured journeys to and from the city, placing the State Buildings at the point from which Perth once found its bearings.⁠
⁠
A small detail with a rather large sense of place, connecting the stories, routes & regions that continue to meet here today.⁠

This season, we invite a little more of Western Australia to the table. Shark Bay snapper with pepperberry and wattleseed, Pardoo Wagyu kissed by burning jarrah, saltbush, sunrise lime and cherries balanced with dark chocolate and native aromatics. Each course brings the land a little closer, celebrating the produce, flavours and stories that make this corner of the world so distinct.⁠

Wedding Open Day 26'⁠

Soft, earthy linen traced the length of the hall, adorned with sculptural florals spilling into the aisle in rich, untamed colour. Overhead, a suspended botanical installation framed the cake like a piece of living art, while pools of light moved across the floor, giving the room an almost regal stillness.⁠
⁠
Every element was considered with a meticulous eye for detail, yet nothing felt overworked. The beauty was in the balance: historic architecture against contemporary styling, restraint beside abundance, grandeur made intimate. A setting designed not for imitation, but to feel entirely its own, shaped by the people at its heart.⁠
