Nourishing local mamas is my jam!! I got to see so many friendly faces and was thrilled to feed you over the weekend. Every mom deserves the world 🌎 and it was so nice to take part in this elaborate event in their honor put on by @walmartcanada 💐

This 4 course dinner was for a group of lads visiting Alberta for stampede. The only client request: elk for the main! And it was certainly the star of the show 👌🏻 A very western Canadian meal (with the exception of the lobster) that was a joy to put together and let all these beautiful ingredients shine ✨🍴

Healing my inner teenager by having some redemptive modelling experiences to make up for some of the shitty/scammy experiences I had when I was younger.

YOLO. Curate that bitch to your exquisiteness 🤌🏼

You are not obligated to remain recognizable to people who only knew the version of you they understood.
Let yourself have eras, baby. It’s iconic.

Rush for what? For it to be over? No thank you. I’m gonna savor the unfolding 💫 There is a difference between being ready for what wants to come in, and rushing it once it does.

The undoing process can be daunting but the alternative is never meeting the people, places, and opportunities that are magnetized to your unique frequency that comes from living in your truth
